These dishes are almost too pretty to eat



In line with the artistic domination of the entire month of March in Hong Kong, 12 restaurants in Lan Kwai Fong have designed artistic menus to make cases that food can be crafted with artistry too as part of the Lan Kwai Fong Savouring Art 2017 campaign. Whether they taste as good as they look is something we're waiting to find out, but in the meantime, feast your eyes on these beautiful dishes that have been adroitly constructed by some of the highest-calibre chefs in town:
