A laid-back eatery in Little Tai Hang

Hidden on the second floor of Little Tai Hang, the new hotel and serviced apartment, BOND is a handy dining destination that aims to bond the community through an unpretentious vibe offering a range of affordable European, French and signature American inspired dishes. It has a captivating terrace, industrial-meets-luxury setting and down-to-earth music, to create a new hang out in the Tai Hang neighbourhood.

Classic French Onion Soup

This restaurant debuts a new portfolio by young Hong Kong restaurateur John Liang, who is known for Three Monkeys, Japanese-style Gyotaku, Shimo,  Momotaro, Sushi Gin, and the Korean brand Chibee Chicken and Beer. With the help of chef Hugo Cheung with 20 years experience at Gaia Group as well as executive sous chef at Kee Club, they serve a list of signature food such as classic French onion soup with a delicious slice of thick toast, caramelised onion and gooey melted Gruyere cheese.

Fresh Seafood Homemade Strozzapreti

Some favourite Italian specialties are the fresh seafood pasta made with their house-made al dente 00 flour strozzapreti pasta,  spaghetti cooked table-side and spun in an enormous block of parmesan cheese that it is lusciously strong, creamy and aromatic with a dab of black truffle.

Sea Bass in Clam & Saffron Stew

The sea bass is well-executed with a crispy skin, moist and flaky with a buttery texture, not to mention the subtly sweet saffron stew with clam, potato and broccoli.

Slow-cooked USDA Baby Back Ribs

The fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs are also a must-try because of the slow-cooked to perfection baked with homemade and slightly spicy barbecue sauce.
