What's the best way to beat the heat in Hong Kong? Here are four cool dining experiences that are offered exclusively this summer:

1. A trip to Australia with FRITES

Looking for a chilled place to have a fun family outing (with plenty of Belgian beer and mussels)? FRITES is the place for you. This summer, along with kid-centric activities on weekends, they are putting on a lucky draw for a trip for two (adults!) to Adelaide and Port Lincoln in South Australia.

Until 11pm on 30 September, all customers who order a kilo of mussels (don’t worry – it’s not as daunting as it sounds) will be entered into a lucky draw for a trip to Australia sparing no expense (flights and accommodation included). The itinerary for this exciting trip includes a lot of seafood consumption in Port Lincoln, the seafood capital of Australia, with plenty of scenic coastal views and an intimate lunch at the famous Penfolds Magill Estate winery.
