In partnership with ZS Hospitality Group, one of Hong Kong’s most well known chefs, Harlan Goldstein, has launched the first of his new ventures, Ee Da Le. The 1,800 sq. ft. casual Italian eatery is the first to open out of four new concepts slated to launch in No. 8 Lyndhurst Terrace.
Meticulously chosen Italian wines will complement the rustic atmosphere with fun signature cocktails like Martini 'The Way I Like It' with blue cheese stuffed olives ($110), Party in Venice ($110) and the Venetian Spritz ($110).
Signature mains will include Madam Chu’s Signature Linguini ($488), with red prawns, baby shrimp, basil & bottarga, Lobster Risotto ($338) with Mediterranean lobster, shellfish jus, basil & parmiggiano, Bistecca, a Tagliata-style 12oz ($380) or 24 oz ($720) prime rib-eye steak with salsa rosso, arugula & balsamic, to name a few.
For dessert, there's the necessary Tiramisu ($75), with banana mascarpone, salted caramel, kimbo coffee cookie and amaretto nitrogen, or a selection of fresh, house-made gelato and sorbetto, with exotic flavors such as Tahitian Vanilla and Morello Cherry.
