The food-loving folk over at Test Kitchen are unleashing their latest pop up on Hong Kong palates with a three-night dining experience featuring a seven-course tasting menu by chef Carlos Garcia Rodriguez. This European chef has honed his craft at several fine dining establishments including one-Michelin star Restaurante de Vinis in Madrid and one-Michelin star Gauthier in London. He has most recently opened the Black Pig Charcuterie in Manila whipping up modern cuisine that pays homage to his Spanish roots.
Test Kitchen excels at providing guests with unique dining in unexpected places and provide a platform showcasing international chefs brought in to try out their dishes on Hong Kong's taste buds. Their current location is Warehouses on West in Sai Ying Pun where they are creating the kitchen from scratch to fully personalise the full food adventure.
