The name 'Cross Milk' brings back lots of memories – this soothing fresh milk was a go-to after-school snack, a family favourite and a childhood staple. Lucky for us, Cross Milk is now collaborating with new cha chaan teng Cross Café to create a menu of local fare. The menu features milk flavour soft serve (chocolate crisp is $5 extra). The soft serve here is smoother than ordinary scoops and richer in its milk flavour, not to mention that it's also very Instagrammable. Ice cream is available from 12pm, so be sure to check it out after brunch.

Lab Made has been dubbed the perfect outcome of taste and technology. The ice cream is frozen using liquid nitrogen and made with less cream compared to other brands thanks to the unique cooling process at –196°C. The creative flavours change weekly – with local faves such as mango pudding and black glutinous rice sweet soup interspersed with international tastes like salted caramel. We're always pleasantly surprised by Lab Made's unique icy, creamy flavours.
