The Landmark Mandarin Oriental rings in the New Year with their first pop-up restaurant of 2015 with the Head Chef of Peru’s Astrid y Gaston, Diego Munoz. This gastronomic event will be held for three nights only, from January 19th to the 21st.
Astrid y Gaston recently won the 18th spot on the World’s 50 Best Restaurant, and was second place on the S. Pellegrino’s Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurant. Chef Munoz will take diners on a culinary journey through his exotic Peruvian landscapes with a unique tasting menu priced at HKD$2,688 per person. Enticing dishes include signature items such as Peruvian asparagus, Lobster Chupe, and Lamb Dry Stew.
