A new sandwich shop specialising in the great flavours of croque monsieur is popping up on Wellington Street in Central this December 2023, serving both classic and funky renditions of France’s favourite sandwich.

Croque, co-founded by Remi Brunet and Clement Jacques, is flipping the croque sandwich on its side, introducing Hong Kong to France with the menu’s leading The Classic, featuring Paris ham, Emmental cheese, mornay béchamel, and pickles.

If you favour fishy flavours, the Captain Hook comes packed with smoked salmon, horseradish sour cream, spinach, fresh herbs, and salmon roe.

Keep up to date on the official opening date of Croque and catch all the bready fun and movements on Croque’s Instagram page!
