Food-saving app CHOMP is combining forces with food charity More Good from 7PM on Apr. 25 to host The Rescued Feast, Hong Kong’s first dining experience created entirely out of food scraps from the local community.
Next month, Hong Kongers are invited to the Chai Wan venue to savour a multi-course meal created in the More Good kitchen, designed by head chef Mike Silva.
The ticket price for the event is HKD300 per person and includes unlimited canapés crafted from the food scraps and one drink. The event will be hosted by presenter Benny Cullen, with music by Cassio’s music director, Alex Nude.
