New Season, New Chef, at Four Seasons

A tavola with Chef Andrea: This autumn, Four Season’s new Executive Chef Andrea Accordi brings the taste of Italy to The Lounge’s revamped menu. For nine days, starting from September 16th to 24th, a gourmet à la carte or degustation menu is available to showcase Chef Accordi’s vision of Italian cuisine. Tempting dishes such as violet eggplant parmigiana with langoustine, roasted branzino with a variation of artichokes and noto almond foam, and classic cioccolato amedi, a combination of chocolate, liquorice, hazelnut and sambuca ice cream, will grace the menu. Our favourite, however, has to be the dreamily light yet creamy handmade potato and basil gnocchi with Breton lobster and cauliflower, which, in our humble opinion, is the best gnocchi we’ve tasted anywhere in Hong Kong thus far. 

Along with the special dinner menu, there’s also a set lunch that runs between September 17th to 24th.
