The restaurants under the fast-growing Pirata Group have launched their visual menus on Dishtag, and Hong Kong foodies can now search for what to eat through a gallery of beautiful food photography of the restaurants’ top dishes.

Also with a Peruvian influence is TokyoLima, combining the Peruvian and Japanese cultures to present a colourful menu unlike any other.
Adding to their long list of accomplishments, Pirata Group have introduced a number of sustainability initiatives to reduce plastic waste – for example, 80 per cent of their restaurants have switched to using paper straws, while Madame Ching provides metal straws and MEATS has ditched straws altogether.
