The restaurants under the fast-growing Pirata Group have launched their visual menus on Dishtag, and Hong Kong foodies can now search for what to eat through a gallery of beautiful food photography of the restaurants’ top dishes.

Boasting a wide range of restaurants, Pirata Group are known for the diversity of their cuisines. At Pirata and Pici (which now has four branches in Hong Kong), one can sample homemade pastas and other authentic Italian fare.

Gourmands can dine at The Optimist for a northern Spanish feast of grilled meat, seafood and more. Meat lovers can indulge in a satisfying meaty meal at MEATS in SoHo.

Fancy something utterly unique? Peruvian-Chinese restaurant Chifa is inspired by 19th-century Chinese migrants who settled in Peru, offering the best flavours from both worlds. Also with a Peruvian influence is TokyoLima, combining the Peruvian and Japanese cultures to present a colourful menu unlike any other.

New to this ever-growing family are restaurants Madame Ching and Chaiwala, which offer a modern take on Chinese dishes and Indian classics respectively.

Adding to their long list of accomplishments, Pirata Group have introduced a number of sustainability initiatives to reduce plastic waste – for example, 80 per cent of their restaurants have switched to using paper straws, while Madame Ching provides metal straws and MEATS has ditched straws altogether.

The options are endless with Pirata Group’s impressive line-up, so head over to Dishtag to browse through the drool-worthy visual menus. We’re sure you’ll find something you’d love to try.
