Eatology’s New Asian Meal Plan

Can’t get enough of Asian food AND want to lose weight? Here comes Eatology’s latest meal plan – our very own customised Asian meal plan to cater to those customers craving a Far Eastern touch to their meals.

Organic Chicken Tikka Masala

Traditional Asian diets incorporate a lot more vegetables, herbs and spices that contribute to your overall well-being than Western diets might. Ingredients such as garlic, ginger, basil and cumin have shown many health-promoting benefits through their anti-fungal, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Asian diets do, however, also often contain a higher amount of carbohydrates, which might get in the way of those people who want to lose weight but cannot resist Asian food. But don’t worry – our dieticians and chefs have created Asian recipes that contain 40% carbohydrates, with the proportion of protein and fat at 30% each. The lower-carb percentage also makes our Asian plan suitable for consumption by diabetic clients.

With less carbs in our Asian meal plan, you can lose weight without sacrificing your love for Asian food!

Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

If you’ve had a look at our website, you might have realised that we have another meal plan with similar macronutrient percentages called Lighter Delights. Both the Asian and the Lighter Delights plans will help you to lose weight, however, the Lighter Delights plan caters to customers with a desire for a more Western diet.

Black Rice Porridge with Chia Seed and MangoWhat dishes do we offer under the Asian plan? Well, taking into account the benefits that can be obtained from an Asian diet, our dietician and chefs have created tempting recipes including Xinjiang cumin pork skewers, Thai basil minced pork and sweet chilli and garlic prawns. But we haven’t forgotten our vegetarian and vegan friends! On the menu are Korean aubergine rolls, tofu and mushroom soup, vegan vanilla rice pudding and pad thai with tofu and peanuts. These are just a few of the myriad of mouth-watering flavours you’ll get to savour when you give our Asian meal plan a try!

What are you waiting for? Click here to order – we can assure you that you won’t be disappointed!
