Founded by chef-owner Alex Fargas, La Paloma is his personal project to expose diners to the bold colours of Spain and the flavours originating in his hometown of Barcelona. The Spanish restaurant is known for its “sexy” tapas, clay-oven-cooked meat and seafood, and large range of paella. Large in size, the space can accommodate all types of dining and drinking styles.
