For starters

Racines is a heartfelt homage to the culinary traditions of southern France and the Mediterranean, delivered by chef Romain Dupeyre and inspired by his youth. Meaning “roots” in French, the fine-dining establishment carries French recipes into a new light with innovative techniques, fun plating, and light portions. Their wine list is well produced and their service serious but fun.
