Foodie Community is a platform where anyone can create articles to share delicious, finger-licking stories. From restaurant reviews to food trends or even the Friday candlelight dinner at home with your bae, we want to read them all!
Here’s a step-to-step guide on how to get your articles published on our site:
1. Create an account
Since you’re reading this, you’re already at the right place. Scroll all the way up to the top-right corner of the site and click “Sign up”. Enter your email address or Facebook account info and create a user name and password. Make sure you think long and hard to choose the right user name – you won’t be able to change it!
2. Personalise your profile
Click on “Step 2” to add a photo and a short bio/headline for Foodie Community to get to know you by.
3. Happy writing!
Once you’re done, you can start writing! If you ever get a little lost on the site, just click on “Menu”, which can be found in the top-right corner, and then click on your articles. You can also follow writers on the site and read all their articles on “My Newsfeed”. Spice up your articles by putting your Instagram photos to good use.
Things to keep in mind…
While pictures are great to include in articles, they should be around 800×400 in size, and the feature image should be at least 1,500×400 pixels. If a photo isn’t yours, make sure it is properly approved and authorised or, even better, try your hand at your own food photography.
