Seafood connoisseurs rejoice as the new dishes from dragon-i and Cassio are unveiled, utilising prized flavours of the Alaskan seas

Wild, natural and sustainable, Alaskan sockeye salmon is world famous for its rich taste and firm, succulent texture, while Alaskan black cod is celebrated for its distinctively large, flaky meat, firm texture and mildly sweet flavour, not to mention being very high in nutritionally beneficial omega-3 fatty acids. Alaskan king crab, harvested from the deep, cold waters of the region, is acclaimed for its bright, vibrantly hued shell and delicate, sweet, snow-white meat. This trio of lauded seafood superstars will be highlighted on the menus of popular HK eateries dragon-i and Cassio this summer, from now till 31 July.
