From 5–6 June 2018, Tokyo’s acclaimed Natsuko Shoji of été joins à nu’s Shohei Shimono for two nights of seasonally inspired cuisine

This recent opening may have fallen under most foodie radars, but Tokyo’s Michelin-lauded à nu retrouvez-vous is determined to make a splash this summer at their newly opened Hong Kong outpost. Located at Harbour City amongst similarly esteemed neighbours like China Tang and ÉPURE, the French-Japanese fine-dining restaurant is hosting an exclusive collaboration with famous Tokyo patisserie eté for two nights only, from 5–6 June (6:30–11pm).

The menu will showcase eight seasonally inspired courses created by à nu’s Shohei Shimono and été’s celebrated Natsuko Shoji, whose elegant and fashionable cakes demand a long waiting list. We’re expecting stunning views of Victoria Harbour hand in hand with exquisite high-end dining with a focus on fresh seafood from Japan and dishes as beautifully executed as these:
