Some of our favourites from this menu include Teochew bak chor mee, an underrated local noodle dish that is tossed in a spicy umami sauce, peppery kambing (lamb) soup and, of course, bak kut teh, a pork-based herbal soup using premium Japanese Kurobuta pork ribs.
This special menu will run at the Satay Inn chain of restaurants by Sino Hotels from now till Singapore’s National Day, 9 August 2018.
