When we think of ice cream, we think of Tiffin at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Known for its lavish afternoon tea spread, the eatery is showcasing six new ice-cream flavours as part of its summer ice-cream campaign. Last month, Tiffin asked everyone in town about our wildest ice-cream innovations. And like the magic genies they are, Tiffin’s new executive pastry chef, Smita Grosse, and her talented culinary team made it happen!

Frozen Lederhosen – ice cream made from malt beer, toffee crunch and pretzels
