The Butchers Club Burger is launching a limited-edition chilli crab burger inspired by one of Singapore’s most iconic dishes. Available until early November, this creation features a full-sized, crispy soft-shell crab on a bed of herbs, raw onion and chilli, served on a house-made Scottish bap with a spicy chilli crab sauce that hints at the unmistakable fragrance of sambal. This burger was created by native Singaporean chef Don Neville, who hopes to “share a small taste of my motherland” with burger lovers in Hong Kong.
