Tsukemen

Tsukemen is a ramen dish consisting of noodles that are eaten after being dipped into a separate bowl of soup or broth. The dish was invented in 1961 by Kazuo Yamagishi, a restaurateur in Tokyo, and has now become a very popular dish in Tokyo and throughout Japan.

Menya-Itto

Menya-Itto in TST specialises in tsukemen, which is the perfect noodle dish for hot weather because it’s served separately from the cold noodles to dip into the thick chicken-seafood soup on the side.

Spicy yuzu ramen

Not only does Menya-Itto serve up delicious tsukemen, but they also have a new product called yuzu ramen, featuring a special soup combination of yuzu sauce and chicken broth. Yuzu ramen ($148) and spicy yuzu ramen ($138) are waiting for you to try at Menya-Itto.
