Located in the heart of Central, take a step into the cinematic splendour of 1950s Italy at SPIGA. With three restaurants in Italy and four Michelin stars to his name, SPIGA is consultant chef Enrico Bartolini’s first restaurant outside his homeland.
Enjoy a complete dining experience by trying Chef Bartolini’s five-course tasting menu ($788/person), the same menu that is offered at his restaurants in Italy.
You’ll start with soft potato with capers, lemon and salmon roe before moving on to Sicilian red prawn and calamari seafood soup. Next comes one of Chef Bartolini’s most famous dishes, spaghetti with smoked eel, which showcases his passion for creating traditional dishes using innovative techniques. Taking a heartier turn, savour the pork belly and shoulder with seasonal legumes and then wrap up with a dessert of traditional Marsala zabaglione with peaches and hazelnut biscuits.
We also encourage you to order à la carte for more delicious options, from house-made pasta, to roasted lamb shoulder, to pizza.

Now, what about some sweets? Designed by Head Pastry Chef Julien Zampieri, SPIGA’s beautiful desserts – from tiramisu to Dolce Mela (apple mousse with a salted caramel centre) – will take your breath away. They are so artfully presented that, at first, we felt guilty destroying them with our forks, but from the first bite, you won’t be able to resist licking your plate clean.
