From Christmas Eve through New Year’s Eve, jingle all the way to GREEN to experience mouth-watering dishes like lobster bisque, grilled rib-eye and grilled salmon with escargot and white anchovy Chardonnay sauce. Traditionalists will love the roast turkey and smoked Virginia honey ham with sage chestnut stuffing, giblet gravy and clove bread sauce. Classic Christmas desserts like gingerbread cookies, mince pies and Yule log cake will light up your holiday dining.

From 17–28 December, spend your Christmas calories at The Market and satiate your cravings with European classics like succulent roast turkey with glazed chestnuts, apple stuffing and mashed potato, available during both lunch and dinner. Party like it’s 2019

Countdown to 2019 on New Year’s Eve (10pm–2am) at Hotel ICON’s Level 9 pool deck with incredible views of the fireworks over Victoria Harbour. Sip free-flow champagne, white and red wines, juice and soft drinks and groove to DJ beats for a sparkling start to the New Year. This is a ticket-only event ($688/person).
