We’re always on the lookout for out-of-the-box wining-and-dining events, and this pop-up dinner at Brut! in Sai Ying Pun – where natural wines and seasonal plates take centre stage – sounds like a great precursor to the long Easter weekend.
Brut! has partnered with Heritage Foods – described by The New York Times as a company “at the forefront of the non-industrial meat movement”, trekking to the furthest corners of the world to preserve endangered species of livestock from extinction – to present a six-course menu featuring heritage meats complemented by natural wines. Food for thought, literally.
There are only 20 seats up for grabs, so get booking!
