Duck & Waffle Flies from LDN to HKG, Landing at ifc mall in September 2019

London’s wildly popular Duck & Waffle will be landing at ifc mall in Central this September 2019, taking over the space occupied previously by simplylife OPEN KITCHEN.

Open daily from 8am until late for breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekend brunch and cocktails (not 24/7 like its British bro), we can expect the same playful British-inspired cuisine that Londoners have gone mad for since its opening in 2011 – dishes like spiced ox cheek doughnut, caramelised banana waffle with homemade chocolate and hazelnut spread, vanilla ice cream and peanut crunch and, of course, the signature duck leg confit waffle crowned with a fried duck egg and mustard maple syrup – plus HK-exclusive dishes such as Irish crab with puffed nori, oyster mayonnaise and sea vegetables and miso custard tart.

Bookings open in mid-September.

Creative cocktails also take top billing at Duck & Waffle, and we’ve got our taste buds primed for drinks like Duck & Stormy, made with dark rum and ginger.

Could Duck & Waffle be the hottest opening of 2019?
