Chefs from 13 of Hong Kong and Macau’s most acclaimed restaurants have joined forces to deliver the crème de la crème of beef-based meals, as organized by EBLEX, a British association devoted to enhancing the profitability of the English lamb and beef sector.

Running until 12th February, meat-lovers can enjoy traditional English favourites, such as The Chinnery’s saucy Steak and Guinness Pie, a melt-in-your-sirloin (we love Watermark’s 10oz served with sour cream chive potatoes), or creative twists on Asian classics (Macau’s Ying restaurant is serving a delicious stir-fried beef brisket with spiced soya sauce).
