The finals for the Bacardi Legacy Competition commenced last night with eight mixologists across Hong Kong competing for the title of Mixologist of the Year. From Bibo to Little LAB and FLINT Bar & Grill, the competition was tight and we were impressed by the unique flavours that each drink brought to the table.Image title

To celebrate all the hard work from the finalists, we are throwing a party at Post 97 for a Bacardi Legacy Takeover so join us later this month for some great canapés and first class cocktails. Expect to find bites such as bubble n' squeak, crab cakes and foie gras parfait to line those stomachs and get you ready to try all the different rum concoctions from the best bar chefs in town. Post 97 has recently had a revamp and have gone back in time to 1897 with their decor with a drinks menu to match. As foodies, we are of course heading down to try their new menu.

For the drinks, the top three finalists will be conjuring up their cocktails so expect a night of top notch drinks from Devender Seghal of 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana, Kervin Unido of FLINT Bar & Grill and from Macau, Bruno Santos of Sky 21 Bar & Restaurant.

How Much: $100 Foodie Club Member / $150 Foodie Club non member

Ticket includes a sample of the three cocktails in the Legacy finals and free flow canapés. We'll also be giving away a few bottles of Bacardi and our Foodie Hampers on the night!
