What: Learn to make cucumber kimchee on 29 June and try out the menu at the new modern Korean eatery, TaKorea. As the clever moniker implies, TaKorea fuses together the complementary flavours of spicy Korean homemade kimchee and meat in Mexican forms to create the delicious hybrid cuisine with no msg. Owner AhYoung will demonstrate how to make an easy and light cucumber kimchee that guests can take home and there will be a selection of their signature dishes and drink to sample on the night too.
