Prep Time: 2 mins
- 2 oz distilled soju (Hwayo)
- 1 ½ oz ginger liqueur such as Domaine de Canton
- 1 oz lime juice
- Splash of soda water
- 5 mint leaves
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and pour in a tumbler over ice.
