Fresh from Bangkok, Issaya Siamese Club is set to open doors on the 25th floor of Soundwill Plaza II – Midtown, Causeway Bay. The restaurant was given the illustrious ranking of number 39 on Asia's Best 50 Restaurants for 2015, and is anticipating the same welcome reception in Hong Kong.
The concept and cuisine will excite those who crave exceptional Thai dishes, artful unique ambience, and exceptional experiences. Issaya Siamese Club Hong Kong will showcase the menu of its co-founder; international celebrity Chef Ian Kittichai. His unique signature Thai cuisine of traditional ingredients and flavours with international and progressive cooking methods have made him a culinary great emerging from humble beginnings in Bangkok.
Classic Issaya-style dishes, such as Massaman curry with Australian lamb shank (Mussuman Gae) and jasmine flower flan (Kanom Dok Mali), as well as seasonal dishes will be the heart of the menu. Fresh and organic ingredients and produce will be flown in daily from Thailand, Australia and New Zealand.
