Serge et le phoque, a much-loved restaurant located in the heart of the Wan Chai wet market, has long been tending to our bodies with exquisite dishes that fuse the taste of French techniques with fresh Asian, seasonal ingredients. Now, Serge et le phoque is bringing some new exciting changes by finally introducing a long-awaited a la carte menu available now.
The new a la carte menu will continue to feature signature dishes from its acclaimed tasting menu such as the frozen coconut ceviche and the seared pigeon with confit vegetables and pigeon liver reduction.
Known for its contemporary French cuisine, the restaurant opened two years ago as a collaborative venture between owners of renowned progressive restaurants in France like Le Chateaubriand, La Bigarrade and Le Dauphin. All these establishments are famous for their emphasis on highly selective ingredients prepared with genius and inventive expertise.
