Bringing light, vegetarian specialties to Hong Kong rendezvous point SEVVA (Foodie magazine's winner of best vegetarian restaurant of 2015), ‘We Love Vegetables’, a new menu at SEVVA, uses fresh and organic produce to create stunning dishes that incorporate flavours from a range of cuisines.
Founder Bonnae Gokson has crafted a beautifully balanced and thoughtful menu, and her knowledge and passion for food is clearly demonstrated through her dishes; the ingredients, colours and tastes are all perfectly in proportion.

Mrs B's Risotto
A specialty of the vegetarian menu is ‘Ms B’s Risotto’, a vegetarian take on the classic Italian dish. Incorporated into the dish is a garden of produce, which includes asparagus, pumpkin, chopped arugula and porcini. Utilising Asian elements like goji berries and lily bulbs into the dish adds some Hong Kong flair, and a hint of white truffle oil completes the golden saffron risotto.
The ‘SEVVA Special Salad’ features a mix of fresh produce—organic mesclun greens, artichoke hearts, avocado, tea smoked quail eggs and salt’n pepper tofu are all ingredients of the healthy. The dish is a perfect example of balance; the colors and taste of each ingredient has clearly been carefully considered.
