He will be present from November 9 to November 21, during which SEVVA will be offering prix fixe menus with all of Chef Josef Budde's culinary expertise for both lunch and dinner.
We were fortunate enough to try the dinner menu and fell head over heels for the Taglierini and the the Wagyu Beef Ribs. The Taglierini was brimming with umami and the beef was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife. Expect also an aesthetic surprise with the "I Dream of Genie" sorbet (10 / 10 Instagram worthy).
