Ocean Park is celebrating Halloween again with their 15th Halloween Fest, and they are transforming the menu of their restaurants in time for the festivities. From now till November 1, head on over to Ocean Park to try these spooky dishes.

The Cafe Ocean will be turned into the hungry ghost mansion, decked out as a traditional Yu Lan opera. Their hungry ghost menu will include delicacies such as Coconut-flavoured Jelly on a bed of Smoked Chicken Salad with Australian Prawn Cocktail, which is made of coconut-flavoured jelly “human brain” and blueberries “eyeballs”. For those looking for a flavourful “punch”, the Lemongrass Tomato Soup, with fingers clawing out of your soup (made from cookies...thank goodness), will do just the trick. Other creative dishes include the Sustainable Seafood Fried Rice with Conpoy Sauce, which resembles a Chinese grave, and the Osmanthus Jelly with White Chocolate, presented as a bloody chocolate palm frozen into the jelly.

For the younger demographic, Doraemon and friends will be featured in the menu of the Neptune’s Restaurant and the Tuxedos Restaurant, as well as on a variety of confectionary at the Aqua City Bakery. Expect Doraemon and friends to be riding in buggies made of smoked salmon and lobster salad, as well as dressing up in different costumes.
