Aberdeen street (right across PMQ) seems to be the hot new place for restaurant openings. New to the party is Bindaas, an Indian restaurant that serves authentic Indian street food elevated with more refined ingredients, such as free range chicken, Angus beef or Australian lamb chops.
Their recipes are tried and tested, inspired by the ones found in the nooks and corners of India. Expect the same vibrant colours (except without any artificial colouring) and aroma from classics such as the Chingri Malai Curry (aromatic prawns & coconut milk curry, green chili & coriander garnish), the Bindaas Tandoori chicken and the Boti Kabab (Angus Beef tenderloin chunks, green tomato chutney), complimented with an equally impressive booze list comprising of signature craft cocktails and fine wine.
Bindaas is also perfect for large group hangouts, serving Indian Tapas andother bites in large sharing portions under designated sections in the menu named ‘Street Corner and Small Plates’ and ‘Curries, Sides and Desserts’. The interior will be wholly Indian too, with eye catching Indian geometry that exudes a modern yet still laid-back vibe.
