Dine in the warm colours and mood lighting juxtaposed with the raw elements of leather, white marble and amber copper fixtures created by architects Humbert & Poyet.
The charisma of Beefbar is spearheaded by chef Andrea Spagoni, and reinforced by an extensive list of quality and rare cuts from different regions, such as Black Angus beef from both the US and Australia, as well as Japanese Kobe beef.
The restaurant’s specialty is its promise of a “revolutionary cooking method” that makes the meat juicy and tender in the center, but crispy on the outside. Moreover, the famous Raw Bar, where made-to-order tartares are prepared in front of guests, is also a focal point at the Hong Kong franchise.
