This winter is sure a warm one, and Juhu Beach Club will be bringing in more summer vibes with the opening of the the San Francisco Bay Area favourite to the streets of Soho Hong Kong this December.
Following the restaurant’s success in California, Juhu Beach Club will continue to deliver modern interpretation of Indian flavours, coupled with Californian influences, to the new opening in Hong Kong.
The menu is packed with diverse dishes from the influences of Mumbai street eats, American comfort foods as well as Californian seasonal organic flavours. Dishes such as pavs, an Indian equivalent to the American slider, as well as the Bombay sandwich, are examples of the chef’s fusion of the different flavours. Moreover, Juhu Beach Club’s selection of drinks, such as cocktails infused with ginger, cilantro and chai spices, boasts a dynamic mix of American and Indian tastes.
Chef and owner, Preeti Mistry, summarises the restaurant’s flavourful profile as “Indian flavours packaged in a way that is more approachable for today’s health conscious modern diner”. With the recent trend of healthy eating dominating the dining scene, Juhu Beach Club offers a fun and unique take with the health conscious in mind.
Be sure to keep an eye out for Juhu Beach Club, decked with Bollywood beach vibes, this December in reminiscence of the summer months.
