Wan Chai is quickly becoming a hotbed for new Vietnamese eateries, and we have just heard of a another opening which specializes in reinvented Vietnamese street food. Cơm Bánh Mì takes on a unique appearance by having an exterior that mimics the traditional houses of Old Hội An, but rather than strictly traditional Vietnamese cuisine to pair, their food infuses a dose of Hong Kong.

Their signature Bánh Mì sandwiches are filled with classic Hong Kong barbequed items like crispy pork belly and roast duck. Expect other playful twists with their Vietnamese baguette sandwiches like using authentic Iberico ham imported directly from Spain as fillings. Their drinks are also innovative, with shakes made with Lassie and tropical fruits like durian and avocado.
