Ho Lee Fook's Bloodsport-themed party

Roundhouse, helicopter-style, jump spinning heel. If you happen to know that these are in fact different kinds of kicks, you will probably be interested in the Bloodsport-themed party Ho Lee Fook is throwing. Expect a setting mimicking the old Kowloon-walled city and karate-kit-clad waiters while indulging in favourites like Mom’s “Mostly Cabbage, a Little Bit of Pork” Dumplings and exciting new dishes such as the Steamed Eel with Black Bean Sauce and Bird’s Eye Chillies.

With a grand atmosphere, sleek and sophisticated setting accompanied with top-notch food, ZUMA is one of the few places that hits all the right notes for both Japanese fine dining and partying, making their New Year Eve's party one of the most exciting to look forward to.

They will be holding two different events this year: either sample the best ZUMA’s sushi and robata kitchens have to offer in the restaurant with their bespoke six-course menu that will feature delights such as black cod wrapped in hoba leaf and the walnut and ginger bread pudding with spiced figs and whisky caramel, or ring in 2016 in style and party until the early hours at the lounge with an open bar, tasty canapés, modern geisha dancers and live music provided by saxophonist Dennis B. Villanueva and drummer Jonathan Yip.
