- 500ml milk
- 75ml cherry liqueur (such as Cherry Heering)
- 75ml cognac (such as VSOP Hennessy)
- 100g organic / fair trade dark chocolate (70%)
- Warm milk over very low heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Add squares of chocolate to warming milk.
- Stir continually for 5–7 minutes until chocolate has melted into milk.
- Pour cherry liqueur and cognac into desired cups, stir and top with marshmallows.
