New Carribbean restaurant, Paradis, brings French-inspired Caribbean gastronomy to Wyndam Street in Central

Paradis is a new restaurant situated on Wyndham Street that specialises in refined Caribbean cuisine. Focusing more on French-influenced flavours, Paradis dishes up delights such as Scallop Ceviche made with passion fruit, chilli and avocado, “Accra” Fish Croquettes, Slow-cooked Iberico Pork Chop prepared with Candied Yams, and Cinnamon-crusted Plantains, a Caribbean staple food.
