The Dessert: Tofu Mystery Ice Cream
Tofu based frozen ice cream, with toppings of red sugar, osmanthus flower is served with thick mysterious dry ice fog. This frozen treat replicates the real tofu pudding.

The Drink: What – To Fu?!
Ori-Gin is the Tastings Group's gin project. They produce about twelve homemade gin infused creations and serve some amazing cocktails such as “What – To Fu?!”, a tofu milkshake prepared with a dash of dehydrated pineapple that mimics brown sugar on top of actual tofu pudding.
