Each year the World Class Cocktail Competition puts hundreds of bartenders worldwide through their paces. The 2016 competition has been as tough as ever, with competitors so far being asked to create a new 'mindful' take on a traditional aperitif or digestif, amongst numerous other challenges. The judges have whittled the Hong Kong and Macau entrants down from over 40 to the top 6, who will be competing for the regional title at the end of May.
This year World Class will be opening their doors for a one-of-a-kind exclusive event, the Street Food Jam, where competitors will be asked to pair a cocktail with a street food inspired dish from one of our city's most revered restaurants.
