With six food and wine pairing booths (including a “make your own Bellini” booth), a live DJ and parlour games, the gastronomic garden parties are a prime opportunity to try some of the signature dishes from Seasons. The restaurant gained its first Michelin star within months of opening, and some food and wine pairings to look forward to include grilled tuna belly 5 spices with New Zealand’s Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay white wines, and beef skewers paired with the hearty Argentinian Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbee by Terrazas de los Andes.

“Each of the pairings comes from mutual inspiration between our chefs and sommeliers, and is dedicated to our serious food and wine lovers,” says Chef Olivier Elzer. With its numerous offerings, ‘Sip & Savour in the Garden’ is surely a specially crafted pairing experience perfect for foodies. The festival is on from 6-9pm on June 23rd and 24th (Thursday and Friday), and 4-7pm on June 25th (Saturday). Tickets are $468 each—call 25056228 or email info@seasonsbyolivier.com to make reservations.
