Learn a few tricks of the trade from the dim sum masters at Yum Cha at our next Foodie Club event. Known for traditional Chinese dishes with a modern twist, Yum Cha has been filling up our Instagram feeds with their signature 'piggy buns' and hot oozy custard buns. We just can't resist squeezing the hot custard out of the comical little characters and have booked out a weekend of classes to learn how to make the perfect buns.
Guests will get their hands dirty with a traditional pork and prawn siu mai and custard buns before sitting down to a full afternoon tea set complete with a glass of Prosecco. Tickets are normally $550 but we have a special Foodie price of $400 for the weekend.
