After its last opening in The Landmark, this David Tang restaurant originally from London, is now unveiling its latest China Tang serving up high end Chinese in a highly stylised setting into one of the busiest malls in TST.
The modern design with vibrant colours and even louder prints features a stained glass pagoda, embroidered couches and cushions decorated with Chinese floral patterns and a magnificent panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour.
China Tang will be helmed by their Group Executive Chef- also the youngest Chinese chef ever awarded three Michelin stars- Albert Au Kwok Keung and serve up premium cuisine from Jiangsu, Canton and Beijing.
The menu will include an array of dim sum along with dishes such as BBQ pork, traditional honey glazed chicken liver skewers with pork belly, Beijing roasted duck and the hearty double-boiled pig’s lung soup.
The Lounge Bar also features a happy hour from 3-9 pm, offering a buy-one-get-one-free deal for those that want to experience the decor on a lesser dime.
