Join us at Mettā next Wednesday as we hold our first panel talk with a group of industry experts who will be bringing insight to the future of food and dining. From cronuts to cashew cheese and the rise of cauliflower (who knew this bland old veg could see such stardom?), we've seen trends come and go and for this talk, we want to highlight and predict what will be making a positive difference to our dining habits. Are you ready for a plant based protein diet with a side of ants? Is bacon flavoured seaweed the next superfood? How does technology and the rise of food photography come in to play in the dining sphere?
Topics on the agenda will be led by restaurateurs, food startups and pioneers in the green movement in Hong Kong. All panelists are to be revealed at a later date but will include the following:
