For any ardent exerciser, there's always the worry of your hard work going to waste in that short post-workout nutrition window. Having a meal that has sufficient protein and is not fatty at the same time is not always easily achievable, but that's where The Elephas comes in.
Located within fitness facility The Warrior Academy, this health-food eatery and coffee bar is all about using wholesome and high-end ingredients that don’t compromise on taste. The menu is Thai inspired, with signature dishes including crispy vermicelli with chicken and omelette in sweet chilli sauce ($72), slow-cooked pork cheek with radish, bean sprouts, onion and black sesame dressing ($78) and grain-fed beef with roasted beetroot, baby spinach and honey lime dressing ($98), on top of a sizeable selection of salads and smoothies designed to complement any workout. Their offerings range from fully raw to gluten free, so there's something for everyone.

Elephas are also very particular about their coffee and tea. Collaborating with Blooms Roastery & Craft Tea by Hong Kong celebrity Moses Chan, they have created a special blend of coffee with beans sourced from all over South Asia, while their teas include a peppermint tea originating from Poland, a lemongrass and ginger tea from both Egypt and Nepal and a smooth sencha, a Japanese-style green tea whose leaves originate from Australia.
