We've got a location and date set for our next Foodie Market, so mark your calendars for Sunday, 4 September from 11am to 7pm at hmv Bar & Restaurant in Causeway Bay. Entry is free, to include a variety of interactive workshops.

In no particular order, here's Part II of our participating vendors at the market:


Catch Juicery & Catch Grocery

Catch Juicery will be offering their organic, delicious cold-pressed juices, lip-smacking smoothies and delicious raw foods, while their sister company Catch Grocery will have a selection of their organic fruits and vegetables to stock up on. Come ready with your tote bags.


Chilli Fagara

Known for their fiery Sichuan dishes, Chilli Fagara have now introduced a line of condiments, seasonings and snacks based on their best-selling dishes, so you can recreate your own spicy meals at home. From their mouth-numbing chilli powders to their unforgettable gourmet nut and popcorn snacks, each product is made by hand using the best and freshest ingredients without preservatives or MSG.


Cookieboy

In the quest for the perfect cookie, Cookieboy believe they have created the perfect recipe, just like Grandma used to make, only better. Offering flavours like chocolate chunk, double chocolate chunk, peanut butter, macadamia white chocolate and oatmeal raisin, as well as seasonal tastes like matcha and apple pie, you'll have to visit the stall prepared with a separate stomach reserved for cookies.


Dutch Harbour Crab

For the all-American po' boy experience, look no further than the Dutch Harbor Crab stall. Owner of DH Crab restaurant, Jeff Ronan, developed his signature King Crab po-boy while he was working as a chef at the Dutch Harbor in Alaska. Think fresh chilled King Crab on fresh baked east coast style hotdog buns. Now with his own restaurant in Quarry Bay, he dishes out Maine lobster rolls, king crab po’ boys, shrimp sarnies and curry crab bisque on his regular menu and will be serving some salivating po' boys at the market. 


La Boucherie

ROOTS


ROOTS is a new brand that focuses on co-creating products with traditional local makers. For our Foodie Market they'll be selling artisanal scallion oil and a set of modern herbal and floral teas designed with Chinese medicine and history in mind.

HMV will also be there, quite obviously – it is their space, after all – and they'll be talking all about their digital music service PLAY and ACCESS app, so expect great deals on their products.
