We have a list of interactive workshops from 12–5pm at our Foodie Market on 4 September

Join our Foodie Market on Sunday, 4 September at hmv Bar & Restaurant, where over 30 vendors will be setting up shop with great food offers all day from 11am–7pm.

Entry is free, so bring your friends to enjoy a whole day of activities, including live music from 5–7pm. We've finalised the workshops for the day – the real foodie in you can get stuck in and learn all about your favourite treats.

Spaces are limited and available only to Foodie Club members (it's free to join the club!), and by signing up to a workshop, guests will receive automatic fast-track access to skip the queues.

WORKSHOPS


12pm – Taboo & Cha: Kombucha Workshop

If you've ever wondered about kombucha and its nutritional benefits, Taboo & Cha will be introducing us to this superfood and the fermentation process. Guests will also get a chance to make their own green smoothie and kombucha smoothie with coffee or frozen banana.

Session: 45 minutes

1pm – Bib n Hops: Kimchi Workshop

The new Korean street food kid in town, Bib n Hops will be showing us their best kimchi recipes, so you'll be a pro at making your own fermented snacks by the end of the session.

2pm – Ferrarini: DIY Cheese Nests

Who says Parmigiano Reggiano is just for sprinkling on pasta? Ferrarini will teach us how to turn this fantastic cheese into impressive nest bowls so that you can impress your friends by serving them even more cheese in these edible bowls at home. 

Session: 45 minutes

3pm – Sour Times: Yoghurt Workshop

There are so many ways you can transform this locally made yoghurt from Sour Times so the yoghurt experts will be showing us how to pair their yoghurt with bircher muesli, how to turn yoghurt into panna cotta and how to create a versatile yoghurt sauce.

4pm – Anything But Salads: Raw Food Demo & Nutrition Talk

Our favourite local health food store, Anything But Salads, will be going through the importance of raw foods and showing us a demo on how to make some easy superfood snacks.
